We offer you always actual Czech National Bank exchange rates with only 4% commission fee. Avoid changing at the airport, train stations or in the city center with high commission fees (up to 40%).
Parking is available at the hotel RESIDENCE TABOR. The fee is 20,- EUR / night for a personal car (up to 1.85 m) Reservation of parking is required.

2. Terms of delivery
2.1 The accommodated orders a stay in hotel either by e-mail or by filling in & sending electronical reservation form on the website www.residence-bene.cz, or by booking through reservation portals.
2.2 The essential requirements establishing a duly issued order or reservation request are: First name and surname of the accommodated person, contact (phone number, e-mail), date of stay.
2.3 Identification of the person (or persons), to whom the service is to be provided – indication of name and age (if the accommodated person does not specify any other person to whom the service is to be provided, the accommodated person is considered to be this person).
2.4 The order and the reservation become binding at the moment of its electronic confirmation by the hotel to the customer´s email address, unless the hotel´s confirmation implies another condition of the order binding, such as payment of the deposit or payment of the entire reservation online.
2.5 By confirming the order to the accommodated, the hotel creates a contractual relationship between the accommodated and the hotel. The hotel undertakes to provide the accommodated person with service in confirmed scope and time and the accommodated undertakes to pay the hotel the agreed amount of money for the services or to pay the cancellation fee in case they cancel their binding reservation, they do not show or they use the service only partially.
2.6 In case the order made by the accommodated is indefinite or it does not include all the necessary data, the accommodated is obliged to complete the order immediately on the basis of the hotel´s request. If the accommodated person does not complete his/her order immediately within the set time limit, the order is considered not accepted and it will not be the subject of further processing.
3. Cancellation policy and conditions for refund
3.1 The accommodated person has the right to terminate the concluded contract at any time in writing without notice, without giving a reason under the conditions below. The fact that the accommodated person does not come to use the service on the basis of a binding order is also considered a termination of the contract without stating a reason.
3.2 The accommodated person is obliged to pay a cancellation fee to the accommodation provider upon termination of the contract without notice (ie. the price for the provided performance – making a reservation and everything related to it), if the accommodated person terminates the concluded contract under these conditions and for these reservations:

4.1 Based on the amendment to Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection, the right to submit a

4.2 In accordance with the provision of § 1837 letter j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code does not have the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract if the accommodation facility provides performance within specified period.
5. General Date Protection Regulation / GDPR
5.1 The company GOLDEN CITY spol. s r.o., IČO: 41195043, with its registered office at Táboritská 3, 130 00, Prague 3 (“Administrator“) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016, General Regulation on protection of personal data („GDPR“) and other legislation.
5.2 Personal data are processed only to the extent required by law or to the extent strictly necessary, including basic contact data and identification data of a natural person.
5.3 Any persons who come into contact with personal data on the part of the Accommodation Provider are obliged to maintain confidentiality about the provided personal data as well as about security measures for their protection. Their obligation continues even in the event of termination of their legal relationship with the Accommodation Provider.
6. Hotel rules
6.1 Rights and obligations during stay are governed by the Hotel rules that are posted at the front desk.
6.2 Hotel is entitled to unilaterally and without compensation withdraw from the agreed services in the event that the guest violates these rules, especially the obligation to observe night rest, or if he causes damage to the property of the hotel or property of others.
Actual accommodation conditions
According to a government resolution, accommodation is allowed for all those who have no symptoms of covid-19 and can prove that they meet one of the following conditions (this does not apply to children under 12 years):
A negative test result shall be evidenced by a report from the collection center or a certificate.
The past disease is proven by a text message about a positive test from the testing point or by a certificate.
After fulfilling the conditions, you can stay for a maximum of 7 days.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must meet one of the above conditions again.

Credit card details entering conditions
By entering the credit/debit card details the guest agrees with the pre-authorisation or payment of his reservation that will be done by the hotel, according to the agreed reservation conditions.
The credit/debit card details will be secured by the SSL protocol (Secured Socket Layer) and will never be transmitted over the internet without being encrypted.
